Aryan is a Research Assistant in the Data Science and its Applications (DSA) group at the German Research Centre for Artificial Intelligence (DFKI).

His research interests include fairness in AI, privacy, and informativeness in federated settings; and he is currently working on information-sharing in federated bandits.

Previously, he interned as a management consultant with the Boston Consulting Group, and as a research assistant in the Dependable Computation Lab at Iowa State University and the Center for Machine Intelligence at IITB.
