I am currently a postdoctoral researcher in the field of computer science at the University of Kaiserslautern and affiliated with the German Research Centre for Artificial Intelligence (DFKI). My prior role was that of an Assistant Professor at New Giza University, Egypt, where I served as the Program Director of AI within the School of Information Technology.
Previously, I pursued my Ph.D. studies at Ilmenau University of Technology, where I was a research associate under the guidance of Professor Giovanni Del-Galdo, leading the Signal Processing Group.
I am part of the Data Science for Social Good team, an endeavor that aligns with its name – utilizing data science to enhance societal well-being. Being a part of this effort lets me combine my skills with my desire to make a positive impact on a larger scale.
Teaching is something I’m deeply passionate about and dedicated to. I find immense joy in sharing knowledge, helping students grow, and learning together through collaboration. This process not only benefits students but also keeps my own perspective fresh, reminding me of the importance of continuous learning and the mutual nature of teaching.
With a focus on people, I shape my academic and research work. I value connections, respect, and open conversations in everything I do. This approach not only brings me personal satisfaction but also ensures that I produce high-quality outcomes in all my endeavors.
