Priyabanta is a researcher in the Department of Data Science and its Applications (DSA), at German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence (DFKI) headed by Professor Sebastian Vollmer.

Previously, Priyabanta worked at Tata Consultancy Services Ltd. and AVIVA Insurance, as a software test automation engineer and test data management consultant in India and UK. In his academic life, he has mostly used artificial intelligence to model semantic RPA processes.
